Car dealer will give away free cars if Michigan shuts out Ohio State

Probably a safe gamble.

Michigan hosts undefeated Ohio State at the Big House Saturday afternoon, where the struggling Wolverines - losers of four of their last six games - will attempt to end the Buckeyes' dreams of a national championship. Not many are giving Michigan much of a chance, and Ohio State is a 14.5 point favorite heading into the game. With such a lopsided matchup on the cards, Victory Honda in Monroe, Michigan, is offering people the chance to win a free car. Anyone who buys a vehicle from the dealership between now and gametime will get a full refund if the Wolverines shut out Ohio State.

The odds of Michigan (7-4, 25.2 points per game allowed) shutting out Ohio State are approximately 0%, so the promotion is pretty bulletproof. Whether any prospective buyers take the dealership up on the offer remains to be seen.
